Taxes and online transaction fees are not included.
Booking requests for events including food sale or alcohol need a minimum of 14 days for processing.
A BYOB fee will be added to any person visiting the space who brings in outside alcohol. (MINIMUM FINE $30.00)
Drop-In rates are available for 4-hour and 8-hour sessions. Visit for rates.

Co-working memberships include access to whole space during co-working hours ONLY, access to printing*, wifi, and equipment onsite (with ID card).
Elite Membership Secure Underground parking at REC HOUSE Underground Parking Lot. Use your monthly co-working hours to park! After all of your monthly co-working hours have been exceeded, you can either top them up, or pay hourly in shop!
